Stating a fact is it whining, but thanks for your input. The copyrighted work is an original compilation video edited and arranged by me. While the underlying clips depict a public news event (the Charlie Kirk incident), I spent time and creative effort selecting, trimming, and arranging these third party clips into a unique, chronological sequence. The X post has downloaded my exact finished video file and re-uploaded it without making any edits, changes, or transformations, thereby infringing upon my compilation copyright under U.S. copyright law. lol seems like you’re trying to use me stating a fact as a reason for you to bitch about people getting away with it when they do it to you🤣 Just because they’re a big account I’m not gonna let them walk over me… and like I said, don’t be upset when it disappears
