Ticketmaster is the issue, not individual sellers. For example, if I want to sell my Round 1 playoff seats & simply recover my cost, I have to sell that $500 seat (my cost) for $550 because TM takes 10%. Then they charge fees to the buyer.....

Resale caps on concert tickets sound pro-fan, but in reality they would end up backfiring.
Bots and resellers will still grab tickets, real fans could get shut out, and resale moves to riskier, scam-filled channels with no protection or safety.
Ticketmaster will work with promoters and artists to dynamic pricing and platinum tickets even higher.
Fans wouldn’t save money and live nation who has proven can not be trusted, will tighten their monopoly.
It’s why livenation supports resale caps only and never supports a cap on face value.

but, anything is possible. 4/1 show has to sell an average of 1,245 tickets per day just to sell out the primary. i think it was wise to get out at 18% loss.

@TicketsData Do you think the apr1 show will bring enough hype to the apr 3 show in that one day gap? Plus his album drop on mar27 . I was able to dump all my April 1 tickets at a 18 percent loss.
