He was in Prison multiple times and every time after his Release, He went back to that school and goes back to jail. He is just an idiot.

Courts have noted he can be released at any time by giving an undertaking to comply with the injunction (i.e., stop trespassing). He has spent over 600 days in custody across separate spells, including recent periods in Mountjoy Prison and a transfer to Castlerea Prison (reportedly for his safety due to behavior issues). Judges, including Mr Justice Brian Cregan, have explicitly stated that the imprisonment is not about forcing Burke to use certain pronouns or punishing his Christian beliefs (he argues there are only two genders, male and female). Yes, Judge Brian Cregan has threatened to (and in some hearings has ordered) restrictions on family members like Martina Burke (mother) and Ammi Burke (sister) from attending or disrupting hearings. There have been incidents of them being removed by gardaí (police) for shouting or interfering, leading to their own contempt findings and short jail orders in some cases.
