🚨 JUST IN: $NBIS "The Art of AI Investing" The stock market is all about picking winners, but most importantly finding stocks who have the potential to transform the world & generate amazing ROI to shareholders. Its also important that they are within the infancy level, the curve of revenue growth is starting but nothing compared to the potential returns in the next few years. NEBIUS is at its infancy, as we await the opening of NJ Data Center with 300MW by Q4 we should have many more details about new Greenfield sites coming next in US, UK, Finland & Israel. We are aiming for 1GW by end of 2026 or x5 from where we are today, probably even more after the Microsoft $19.4B agreement. When I analized the revenue potential from NEBIUS I was amazed at what could happen in the next 10 years, understanding there is a $3.5 Trillion TAM up for grabs. There are Infrastructure Data Centers players but who owns the full stack? meaning Data Centers, Hardware, Supercloud platform, AI expertise & talented team of engineers only $NBIS does. Then we have the Startup ecosystem (the NEBIUS subs) Clickhouse, Toloka & AVRide which yesterday announced more than 100K Robot deliveries in just one campus. The Robotaxi brings another growth vertical with Uber & Hyundai partnerships. Combined TAM & sensitivity putting both together, the combined U.S. TAM (Robotaxi + AV delivery) might (in our base case) reach: ~ USD 3 B in 2025 ~ USD 21–25 B by 2030 ~ USD 70–80 B by 2035 If the market grows faster (more adoption, more use cases), the upside scenario just on Robotaxi + AV delivery might push the 2035 combined TAM to $100–120B or more. In a conservative (slow adoption) scenario, perhaps only ~$30–40B by 2035. These were the main reasons why after analizing all the pieces of the NEBIUS portfolio of assets I went in from 60% to +90% of my stocks portfolio. I anticipate the next 12-24 months will be ROI, speed & execution with many more catalysts that will accelerate our growth & position the company among the serious contenders in the AI field. $NBIS clearly represents a x10 investment (10 bagger) in next 10 years at a minimum. It is everything I research for in a stock, the massive acceleration of revenue from 2025 onwards will make many millionaires among their shareholders. $NBIS is a beast this morning with this green bounce. Lots of accumulation here. Why? Major creditors just told you the answer by their willingness to give Nebius $4B for a 1.85% blended return rate. Nobody accepts that interest rate unless they see the stock going to the convertible share price floor of $180+

So Nebius has disclosed the proposed private offering of $3.75 billion of convertible senior notes, but they didn't disclose the conversion price. This is something that can still follow, and it's something that I track closely and is needed for transparency. So at this stage, Nebius announced a proposed offering. This means that the book building has not finished yet and the terms are still being negotiated with institutional buyers. This usually takes a few days. Investors submit their demand in terms of size, yield, and conversion premium, and then the final terms are set, and then after that the conversion price is disclosed. You have to understand that these terms are determined via competitive demand, so they are letting the market bid for the terms. When investors compete, the premium can go higher and the coupon goes lower. By not locking terms up front, Nebius is essentially saying, let's see how aggressive investors are willing to be. If they would disclose it in upfront, it would cap upside on pricing. So we just let them do their thing at this point. For now, there are two things to monitor. If they disclose pretty fast in like one or two days or in the beginning of next week, that would be, in terms of timeline, pretty fine. But if the deal drags out, that's a potential signal on demand and on pricing via investor pushback. For the people that are going to compare with the Iren deal, because I know X will be all over it again, which is totally useless, when iron disclosed their conversion price upfront, the deal was already priced and anchored or structured with the pre-agreed terms. And this is very typical when the deal has a smaller size and you have certain pre-arranged investors, and there's less of a dynamic demand process. So there is no point in discussing the difference between this and Iren offering at that time. So for now, let them do their thing and then see how quickly they disclose the conversion prices. $NBIS

Another day, another big win for $NBIS! It’s official: financial superapp Revolut is building the future of finance on $NBIS AI cloud. The company is now using Nebius infrastructure and Token Factory to support 6 major use cases: 1. Revolut’s FinCrime AI agents for fraud detection. At first, Revolut believed these complex and sensitive tasks would be better served by leading proprietary models running through its internal workloads, expecting the costs to decline over time. Instead, the opposite happened: token usage exploded, margins came under pressure, and costs moved in the wrong direction. Revolut then turned to $NBIS' open-model stack. After evaluating several options, the company ultimately selected Kimi K2.5, which delivered strong reasoning at roughly one-third of the cost. Worth mentioning, $NBIS added this flagship Chinese model just 17 days after its release, allowing Revolut to adopt it with remarkable speed. 2. Cross-sell optimization. 3. In my view, $NBIS is due for another big announcement. There are some pretty strong clues that Revolut is already a client, coming from both $NBIS and a Revolut executive. I’m not sure why this has never been officially confirmed, but it may be part of a broader strategy to build a specialized AI cloud for finance, as the company outlined on its latest call. Or perhaps they are in discussions around a deeper partnership. Revolut is a leading financial superapp. $NBIS is building a specialized AI cloud for finance. 1 + 1 = 10. I guess we’ll find out soon. 🚨 $NBIS announces proposed private offering of $3.75B of convertible senior notes. First tranche: $2.0B due 2031 Second tranche: $1.75B due 2033 Consider the recent capital-raising trajectory: $1B in convertible notes in June 2025, then $2.75B in convertible notes plus $1B in equity in September 2025 (total ~$4.2B gross proceeds). Every previous raise has been deployed into capacity that was already pre-sold or rapidly absorbed. The $17.4B Microsoft contract and multi-billion-dollar Meta deal were both secured after earlier raises, demonstrating that capital deployed into infrastructure is generating contracted revenue at very favorable ratios. The maturity structure (2031 and 2033) is also noteworthy. These are longer-dated than prior issuances (2029, 2030, 2032), which suggests management is laddering its debt to avoid a concentration of maturities and extending duration to match the long-lived nature of data center assets. That's smart liability management. The ~$560M overallotment option signals institutional demand is strong — underwriters don't request large greenshoes unless they're confident in placement.
