Tell me you're an idiot without telling me you're an idiot. Gerrymandering has been going on since 1812 -- over 200 years. It began with a DEMOCRAT governor of Massachusetts, Eldridge Gerry (hence the name, "gerrymander"). Stop slurping up that gobbledegook the Democrats are feeding you. This is not something that just started this year with Orange Man. What a fucking moron you are!

Following tonight’s results in Virginia, every Republican Governor in a red state should immediately call a special session to redraw their congressional maps. If the Democrats don’t want to play fair, so be it. If they want to go low, it’s time we go to the basement.

So he asked Republican run states to gerrymander to create more seats to try to hold on to the majority. Thats it. For power. Nothing else.

@JenniferHa59644 @EricLDaugh @AlyssaRose198 They are not. The data I provided literally showed 9 of the top 10 gerrymandered states are Republican. Democrats responded to republicans gerrymandering. And democrats had their citizens vote on it. Republicans did not. Cope with reality.

The most gerrymandered states in the country are California and Illinois lol. In fact every democrat stronghold has been gerrymandered for years! What makes VA so shocking is it isn’t a stronghold state. It is almost 50/50. Which means half of the state has no voice now. I don’t want to ever hear a Democrat preach about democracy again. They clearly are the party of fascism and racism and division. It is shocking to see so many people just fall in line with this

@JohnSimpki44809 @EricLDaugh Let's not automatically assume that. The VA Supreme Court has ruled in our favor a few times in recent months. I don't remember off the top of my head exactly what the issues were, but I do know that they struck a few things down that needed to be.

Because trump needed to do something to keep republicans in majority. Also, 9 of the 10 most gerrymandered states are republican.

Not only won’t they do this, they haven’t done this. @Republicans are a useless party. This day has been coming and everyone has known this day was coming as sure as we are about the sun rising in the East. And yet, when the opportunity presented itself to counter this, in Texas and Florida and Ohio, Republicans did nothing. They stood on their high moral horse and this is the result.
