The Senate must pass The Save Act now.
If they win in the midterms, Democrats will end the filibuster, add new US states for more Dem Senators, and pack the Supreme Court with more intolerables like KBJ.

This is insane… The Virginia redistricting amendment on the ballot today is framed as a vote to "restore fairness in the upcoming elections." In reality, it turns a state that Kamala barely won by 5 pts from 6D-5R to 10D-1R.

To any red states that think this can't happen to you… Less than 10 years ago, Virginia Republicans had a 64 seat majority in a 100 seat state house and 7 of the 11 congressional seats were Republican. Stop treating the current fight like it’s business as usual and start acting like it is culturally existential. Because it is.

The Virginia state Supreme Court hears the legal challenges to the Virginia Democrats gerrymandering case on Thursday, just 2 days after it barely passes thanks to election fraud in Fairfax County. Same story, different election.
Virginia's state Supreme Court has a 52% rating by conservative think tanks.
There's really only a 50/50 chance it gets struck down due to the fact it was on the ballot, passed, barely, under very questionable and suspicious circumstances, that's why Democrats were so adamant it be on the ballot and they found a corrupt judge somewhere in Virginia to allow it, after initially being struck down.
It'll be hard for the state Supreme Court to deliver a ruling against the "will of the voters" argument no matter how flawed, plus, whoever's arguing this before the courts never really makes the arguments to get a favorable ruling.
So, be prepared for it to stand. That's why Hussein Obama and Dollar Store Obama Hakeem Jeffries are celebrating so loudly. They already know the fix is in.
It should never have been allowed on the ballot for a referendum in the first place, not while legal challenges were still open.

Looks like the Maxwell Family will be moving. I refuse to live in a state where I have no representation. I did it for 26 years in California. Was hoping my home state could see the big picture instead of “orange man bad” but no they are too blinded by hate. They well reap what they sow. So we are thinking Arkansas, East Tennessee or maybe Florida. Any other suggestions?

Democrats have once again shown how far they will go to break the law, “wage warfare,” and disenfranchise millions of voters in order to force their radical, unwanted agenda down the throats of every American.
Tonight's result only proves how egregious Democrats' gerrymander is in a state where almost half of voters (46%) backed President Trump! That is why Democrats relied on rigging the ballot question in order to win. We fought this effort with money, manpower, and in the courts - and those fights will continue.
Radical Democrats began mid-cycle redistricting in New York back in 2024, and have proven time and time again how little they regard the will of voters from coast to coast. If Democrats are successful in the 2026 midterms, we know this is only the beginning. They will throw open our borders, let crime run rampant in our streets, project weakness on the world stage, make life more expensive for every family, and flood our elections with non-citizens to try and hold on to power forever.
Republicans have responded in state after state, and we will finish this fight - and in November, we will WIN the midterms.

As we watched other states go along with those demands without voter input, Virginians refused to let that stand. We responded the right way: at the ballot box.
