@daizo160 @HeyUWithTheFace Everyone has a container for storing bacon grease! Make sure you strain it so any impurities aren't left behind. In a sealed container in the refrigerator this can last up to six months. Use it whenever you need fat to cook with something the bacon flavor would enhance!

Excuse my ignorance but I don't understand. What are y'all eating for meat then? Chicken, pork, etc? I don't eat rice, noodles, pasta, and I know that can be filling but does it provide the same protein as beef, chicken, etc? Our meat isles are MASSIVE here so I'm trying to understand as we usually have some sort of meat with every dinner. For instance, last night for dinner I had sausage quesadillas with avocado hot sauce. Night before we ate tacos (beef). Before that we had bacon and cheese covered potatoes with a salad. What would you do without a meat?

@learning_yohei Here in Texas we carry wherever we go so if you ever visit Texas, just look around and SEVERAL people will have a gun on them you do not see. It's very normal here as we view it as protection so it's normal.

@learning_yohei How’s it going? That’s what I’d say in the south. Typical reply is “good, how are you doing?” More casual then I’d say, “what’s up man, how ya been?” The accents and dialect is VERY different depending on where you are. Lot more small talk in Texas for instance.
