We mostly focus on the acute disease and manage with plasma exchange, rituximab and caplacizumab but new research from @BloodClotDoc teaches us that TTP pts continue to have silent and symptomatic cerebral infants even in remisssion. @ASH_hematology @HopkinsHeme
