@Lecturer_Picket Perhaps @CollEmployScot have been advised in correctly. If deeming occurs then each individual case will need to be considered especially in the context that every day of strike action has been fully mitigated for. Now we know that this has not happened and so too management.

Many colleges across Scotland have been told to enter your results or we deem you. This means employers take 100% of a lecturer's salary. They fail to realise that there are few passes to result due to us undertaking 27 days of strike action in the last academic year [1/2]
