Lied? Did anyone ever ask them? And why should Iran tell the whole world how far their missiles can go? Surely that it their business? Who knows what technology and capabilities the USA and Israel have? Israel used pagers to kill people? Did they tell people before hand that they have this technology?

So not only has Iran brazenly lied about its ballistic missile range capacity, but this means it can probably hit the UK with them - and we have zero, I repeat ZERO, defence against these missiles. Very worrying.

The USA is regarded as the strongest military in the world, while Iran is ranked 16th. And yet the USA seems to be finding the going tough, which is evidenced by the fact that they are now throwing everything they they got against Iran. Iran does not even have a significant air-force, yet Iran seems to be giving the USA + Israel a tough time. If Iran had a much bigger and more powerful airforce, would the USA + Israel have stood a chance?

Good point. But I think that should the members choice. Maybe a % of a persons medical payment can go towards the NHI, so that a person has an option of going to a public hospital. In other words, a person will have an option of only paying NHI (which means they can only use public hospitals), or paying both, a medical aid portion and an NHI portion. I may be mistaken, but I think some countries have this system in place.
