I would also like to see the old apprenticeship and technician trainee schemes brought back. The ANC also ended those programmes.
Qualified artisans and technicians with those qualifications were recognised throughout the world.

Dr. Groenewald says technical schools and trade schools that were closed by Thabo Mbeki should be reopened.
Woodwork, Agriculture, Home Economics, Plumbing, and Electrical Wiring should be restored in public schools, similar to how they were offered before 1994.

French company, Canal+ has completed the acquisition of MultiChoice, the parent company of DSTV and GOtv for $3 billion.

@Bis_Kuits As an example, DSTV Premium is R1100 per month, Amazon Prime is R32 a month. With DSTV, you paying mainly for the sport. Their movie channels are terrible.

Canal+ better start reducing their pricing otherwise DSTV will continue to lose subscribers. The previous owners were greedy and did not listen to the subscribers. The other streaming platforms are far cheaper than DSTV. The only thing DSTV has extra is the sport. Hopefully these other streaming services start bidding for sport also.

Guinea joins the growing list of countries that still fail to grasp the basic distinction between being in South Africa legally and illegally.
The choice is simple. They can enter South Africa legally, respect our laws, and they’ll have no issue. If they don’t wish to do that, they’re free to remain in Guinea.

Charging people R10 to cross that bridge is shameful. What happened to uniting and uplifting their communities, instead of waiting for a useless ANC to fix problems. Each election they are happy with empty promises and continue living in squalor while happily voting ANC. Make it make sense. 🙄🇿🇦
