@secret_FPA_guy Sharing salary info with your peers can probably be one of the best leverage when negotiating raises

We all know the 40 year company man that is paid 30% below market and still thinks discussing salary is taboo Talk about it - with friends, coworkers, recruiters and strangers Be professional and mature and it will only benefit you

@WeisiNotes Not really. "Work in silence" That's a line that's been stuck in my head for while now and it's pretty cool!

If you continue to grow without putting out daily content. Would that kill your motivation?

@_nataliadoes Yes exactly, I would definitely grind less and leverage the momentum

@WeisiNotes This is an interesting question..... Growing without the effort? It may give initial energy but I suppose it probably wouldn't provide long lasting motivation.

@Notion4Ts Maybe if you gave me $10M 😆 But in all seriousness, I probably work less and allocate my time towards activities that don’t generate direct monetary gain, so more hobbies haha

@WeisiNotes Not really. Growth is not the only motivating factor so it wouldn’t kill it. I’d find it better as there would be less pressure to put out daily content.
