Tupac was once invited to record a verse for a Michael Jackson track.. he skipped his show and showed up to the studio ready to work and expecting to meet MJ but Michael sent his team to tell him he isn’t coming to meet him in person.. he should just lay his verse and he will finish it later. 2pac took it as disrespect, left the studio and proceeded to diss Michael Jackson on every freestyle video saying he wasn’t man enough to come say Hi but Michael ignored all. In 2004, Eminem made a parody diss track about Michael Jackson as a joke.. it didn’t end well, MJ got upset about it and bought Eminem entire music catalog in 2007 so he’d get paid royalties everytime Eminem performed or his songs played
