The update was constructive in some areas, especially around revenue, enterprise direction, and a clearer commercial focus; however, the business still appears early, and execution heavy focused. Sky is the limit. Key points Revenue traction EdgeCloud reportedly produced about $1 million in 2025 revenue. AI transition takes time because we are in a whole new paradigm shift and a brand new category of AI LLM, Chatbots, Inference. Growth outlook Management projects 3x to 5x ARR growth over the next 12 to 18 months. Commercial transition Theta is moving from trial users to paid customers. Still, this is not a solid platform business yet.
