@UKEnterprise been invoiced and charged twice for same car booking. Both different prices and one charging for a refuel when the car was returned full? Got a 3rd invoice for a cancelled booking where you delivered the car anyway and you’ve tried to claim refuel on that too?

@BootsUK made an order on 28th Aug for delivery to my local store. Got a text on 29th to say my order was delayed. 15 days later and still no update? I don’t even need the items anymore, and customer services don’t seem to respond? Help!

@TUIUK Where are your reps for 06:25 TOM 7548 from Bham international?!! Cancelled the flight, after hours of delays, and left your passengers trapped at gate 53. There are parents that can’t feed their baby. Formula is in luggage…which they can’t access!! This is shocking!

@ao @DPDgroup_news Had an order due for delivery pre-noon today. 2 out of 4 items have arrived (only one before noon) and now tracking says everything has been delivered successfully?! The tracking links for the last two items don’t work… Can someone assist?

@inthestyleUK Okay, so I eventually got my confirmation and shipment email through on Saturday (original order was placed on Thursday for click and collect Fri). Order was changed to standard delivery. It’s now the following Friday and I’ve still heard nothing about the delivery?…
