@boAtSupport1 That is untrue. I received a damaged product which dint work or even charge to start with. This is a lost case if you are going to come back with this as an answer after my back n forth grievances.

This needs to go out in the open. BOATS is extremely bad when it comes to servicing. @RockWithboAt @BoatNirvana Their customer care is non reachable and gives no access for a purchaser to reach out on queries despite even if you receive a malfunctioned product from them .
