On the other, the Ukrainians and their western sponsors are intent on waging permanent war against a nuclear-armed power in order to conquer Crimea.

@ChristopherJM @OlegNikolenko_ @MFA_Ukraine At this point Christopher I think it would be helpful to acknowledge that the West and NATO ultimately desires the Crimean peninsula for itself, and has enlisted the Ukrainians to fight for it. After all, the so-called land bridge forms a defensive barrier around Crimea.
