Hold the Government accountable in every possible manner, but illegally occupying protest sites, highways and expressways, carrying out tractor marches, or threatening the state with a hunger strike is absurd. We are not a serious nation.

This omission is neither an innocent creative choice nor an inadvertent one. And, in my view, the intent behind such a selective portrayal should matter to every Indian.

One thing I’ve noticed changing from my childhood is the timing of salons. Back then, most salons would open as early as 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning. People would go read newspapers, get haircut or shave before work Today, most salons don’t even open until around 9:00 a.m. Is it the same in your area as well ?
