This was a poorly worded tweet that deserves a proper response. It was intended to provide insight into the strategy of Watson’s legal team from its POV. I should have been clearer. As legal experts have explained, a lack of an indictment alone does not mean someone is innocent.

@ALLOdotcom Big fan of your audio products & wanted to share some UX feedback about your site. +1 for it being responsive, but when you click the menu icon on mobile, it's not immediately obvious you can scroll. A new user might think what they see is the full list of products.

@hifiberry Yes I agree completely! I think your buyers are the kind who could appreciate something like an Audio Precision test report. Also, I think there are specs, that when written correctly, can be useful (e.g. Watts Produced into 4 Ohms @ 0.1% THD+N)

@ap_pixel Putting a single "spec" number on a product doesn't make sense. Therefore specs like "100db SNR" is not something we will publish as products are way more complex than this. We recommend to test by yourself. Feel free to listen to our products.

@hifiberry Hi! Curious to know if y’all have measurements (e.g. THD + N) available for any of your products. I don’t see any specs on the product pages or anywhere in the support section of the site.
