@ChaseSupport Regretting moving banking from Bank of America to Chase. Every time I want to zelle someone, I have to call customer service to get a code but wait times are ridiculously long. Waiting close to 1 hour for code just to send my own money! This is terrible!!

Went to a North Miami #jpmorgan @chase bank location to get a money order or a cashiers check and was told their system is down and they couldn’t do it. So I asked to take $5k out of my account instead and they were not able to do that either. ????

@Chase Maybe they can use some of the money to upgrade @ChaseSupport. I’m stranded in France because their people decided to keep a hold on my check despite the fact that @WellsFargo, the loan originator, and myself have all confirmed this is a legitimate check and money is on the way

Hey, @Chase. There's a giant fraud on my credit card. I've been calling for an hour. I get as far as "to report fraud, press 2." When I do the phone goes dead. I've locked the card but there's $3,000 worth of charges I'm sure not paying. You might want to answer the phone.
