At 6:35 PM I called @Chase about our credit card. Was put on hold. Was on hold for an hour and 10 minutes. At 7:46 a recording came on saying the office was now closed. And the hours listed were that it closed at 7 PM on Sunday. Why did it keep me on hold 46 minutes after close?

This list was obviously rage bait to get clicks, and it is doing its job. No serious list has two of the best states for migration in (TN and TX) at the top while being a proxy for anything other than attention seeking. It's like a list with @chase at #2 for least safe banks.

@ChaseSupport applied and was approved for the IHG traveler card through an "exclusive" offer while booking a hotel. As soon as I applied got a better offer for the IHG premier card on the same page (my reservation confirmation) can we swap to that card and offer?

@Chase wtf is the point of having a 24 hr atm if the fucking front door is locked. Maybe cause the suburbs are dangerous at this location idk. I'm in the "countryside" of Pennsylvania. If the money is locked down then u must be worried about all those quantum desktops I guess.

@ChaseSupport The text box on the page in the charge dispute flow where you enter details on the reason for the issue flags illegal characters regardless of the text entered. It even flags that there are illegal characters when your text examples are on the page are pasted in.

@chase @ChaseSupport A delayed bag forced me to stay overnight and rebook my ferry. Chase denied my hotel and ferry claim but would reimburse toiletries. Was I supposed to sleep at the airport? Disappointing for a $795 Sapphire Reserve card.
