#GameMaker tip! You can easily overlay a sprite on top of another without using any surfaces or blend modes - just by using stencil buffer functions! Here's an example of a shine/reflection effect (like the ones used in Forager) applied to some fruits!

@quibvs Funny cinema industry tried to widen its field of view for a century but now tv does it too it tries to get back to 4:3 crt :) it’s just an illusion, they can easily fit the ship into wide frame with even more detail contained in the sides. Vertical resolution is a trap.

@RabzZgaming The adventure games are extremely difficult to make, they are generally “all content”, no room for procedural generation, no repetitions. Needs many animations that will only play once, good bgk and many clever puzzles to design thus becoming a collecon of mini games so good luck
