@UberEats Holy crap! We were told food would be here in 20-35 minutes. Just got it. Driver had a Steak and Shake AND Five Guys in her car too. Our food is cold and your app doesn’t let us get a refund?? This is ridiculous. Never using UberEats again.

@UberEats What the hell? We’ve been waiting for over an hour for an order only to watch our driver stop at multiple locations to drop off and pick up other orders. Our order is full of seafood. Hope it hasn’t gone bad by now.
