@Avis Car returned to scheduled drop off location: DP2 Doylestown PA but car still showing active in my app. Car has GPS and is being driven around by an unauthorized person, and I need the contract closed to end my liability. Please help! I am taking screenshots.

Pretty disappointing experience with @Avis on a recent family trip to Florida for spring break. Booked a Bronco months in advance and was specifically directed to reserve at a location 30 minutes from JAX airport because that’s where the vehicle was available. Instead: • Had to cancel/rebook just to change pickup date → charged $300 more • Arrived and the Bronco wasn’t even there • Given a Chevy Blazer that reeked of marijuana Not the experience I expected, especially with Avis Platinum status via @AmericanAir.

@Avis thank for two vehicle rentals in the last two weeks from your LAX Location. April 3 - 1/4 tank of gas April 16 - almost empty had to got to the desk twice to get a suitable replacement I’m preferred. Called an agent - “just return it with the same amount”.

Hey @Avis - People don’t rent cars to have an extra car on hand should they need it. It’s a timed necessity. Also, a prepaid reservation should provide an AvisPlus customer with a car, especially when they are understanding and would take any car. Huge fail.

@Avis Avis Belgrade The staff member inspecting the vehicle wiped a rag across the dusty boot, creating a fine line on the surface and then claimed this constituted “damage” caused by us, mark was clearly the result of wiping grit on a dirty surface ref 08654592GB2

@Avis pre-paid for a luxury SUV in Chicago midway, of course when I show up they don’t have the vehicle or anything close to it. How does that happen?

Assuming my @Avis rental was so cheap because you have to pay for AC. 2 1/2 hrs in rush hour traffic from Dulles to Baltimore was no fun. The chocolate I brought back from the UK melted. Note to self - don’t assume in 93°+ heat the car will take a few minutes to cool down. Wait!

@Avis Yes, I have the agreement number. It’s regarding the fuel. When I collected the car it was on half a tank rather than a full tank.
