Asylbewerber haben nur ein befristetes Aufenthaltsrecht zur Prüfung, Asylberechtigte erhalten Schutz nach der Genfer Flüchtlingskonvention, vollen Arbeitsmarktzugang und einen 3-jährigen befristeten Aufenthalt, der unbefristet werden kann

Überfällig - auch bei uns. Ohne Ausnahme für Ukrainer.

Die Idee hinter der humanitären Idee des Asyls ist, dass Menschen, die in ihrer Heimat an Leib oder Leben bedroht sind, einen sicheren Ort gewährt wird. Reisen ins Heimatland lassen sich damit nicht vereinbaren.
