My @Verizon phone sucks so bad I can’t even use it to call @ATT to switch carriers. 🗑️ It’s been 5 hours. Your service sucks, no customer service, you can’t even call your customers now. WTF. You have one job.

@Verizon my phone is a complete brick today in Ohio. It also doesn’t get more than 2 bars in the summer in #sandusky. Been a paying customer for 17 years. I’m curious what I am paying for. Switching to @ATT asap.
