@GMBluee @TheTruexy No no no, it rewards players scouting their opponents. Don't be lazy as a player, it makes the gaming more boring. You need to overcome frustration and adapt how you play that's it. And personnaly I LOVE it (with me or against me because I gain placement by scouting)

Continuing the PBE mega-patch, here are the Augment/Power Up/Item balance changes. As noted before, a focus here is on reducing damage scaling late-game, while also buffing up some lower-performing options.

PoE2 suggestion: Allow converting 10 divine orbs into a level endgame 60 character with all quests completed. The character is of 'divine origin'. - Helps with inflation and keeps divine orb price up - Can only be used once you have a level 80+ char leveled - Makes me happy.

Dawn of the Hunt drops very soon and while it is often seen as BLASPHEMY to plan your Path of Exile 2 league starter before patch notes drop, I don't think I'll be swayed away from beginning with one thing in particular: SPEARS. There's a 90% chance I go Huntress and ascend as an Amazon, with a slim chance to go Ritualist and an even slimmer chance of going Warrior, becoming a Smith of Kitava, and loosing javelins at any enemy that tries to interrupt my anvil slamming. As is tradition, I will almost assuredly make my final choice on the character select screen for PoE2, as I did so many times in PoE1. As we count down the hours to patch notes and the 0.2 launch, what are you thinking you'll start as? It seems that right behind Huntress and Spears follows the Lich and Spectre builds, I'm thinking Huntress and Witch will be the two most popular classes this league, with Spears being the most popular weapon by far. SO LITTLE TIME, SO EXCITED, EXILES!

We're aiming to deploy the 0.1.1 Patch for Path of Exile 2 tomorrow (Friday NZT), unless unexpected issues appear during final testing. Our in-house chefs are still cooking the patch notes but we're keen to serve them up as soon as possible.
