Someone on Mastodon recently posted about issues they've seen with #zebrafish annotation in recent #Ensembl versions, so we wrote down some of what we've noticed.
The TL;DR version is that we are just using Ensembl 109's annotation, including for enrichment analyses.

The final version of our new article is out @DMM_Journal! We analysed the transcriptome of Shigella flexneri infection in zebrafish larvae and discovered Shigella-inducible factors involved in controlling host susceptibility.
