@BootsUK you sent me the wrong order (a face cream instead of foundation) and are now refusing to refund me for the item I did not receive. You want me to bring the incorrect item to your store despite it being opened and leaked upon. I have already thrown this damaged item away?

@thetrainline Hi Jess, I tried this and when I reach the question “did you book directly with us or with a third party” it provides a link to Trainline and says that because I did not book directly with GWR, Trainline are responsible for my compensation
