Delusional dataset I've been robbed, burglared, spit on, had girlfriends sexually harassed in Netherlands by street thugs may times, many of my friends there too I've never had any single bad thing happen to me in 10+ years of living in Asia (from Thailand to China to Korea to Japan) Literally the worst thing was one Thai bodybuilder guy getting angry at me for not putting the weights back (which he should) Asia is still a massive blindspot for Western datasets, which makes sense because they're all funded by Western countries

@wazumi_cap gh vs gtlb has been around for awhile, but gitlab is still preferred by big corps who need to self-host + well positioned to offer ai code reviews etc. on enterprise clouds might wait a bit to see how sentiment evolves but financials are solid

I think one of these days someone is going to die at Lisbon Airport "Yesterday I waited almost 6 hours for my brother. He, his daughter, and thousands of people had to stand for 6 hours, without water, without food, without being able to go to the bathroom, and they even lost an entire day of tourism. Tried using @capacitorjs to make an app for Lexirise reusing the full Next codebase. Screen switch animations are very glitchy. FPS visibly lower even on a flagship iphone, even after optimising. Will switch to @expo for a native shell + new dom components to reuse complex parts

discovered a free-money glitch, near-risk-free (prb won't last long) HKD borrowing rates are ~0.5% USD are 4.3% using a broker like IBKR, borrow HKD, convert to USD, put it in SGOV, profit 3.8% HKD is pegged to USD so no currency risk pretty crazy
