hi, i'm actually looking for an akiya, just tried your app: - no data in the area i'm looking for (chiba) others apps have many - many listings have no image - lots of data on the right showing in jp even tho english set - "time since listed" seems missing - prbly expensive in api cost, but "distance to intl airport" would be a banging feature (i've made a script for myself but it's trciky since gmaps transports api doesnt work in japan) - i'd pay for a "custom vision filter" where I put my vision criterias (in my case smt like 'right next to green/forest but not sloped forest') that u can do with gemini flash

@wazumi_cap gh vs gtlb has been around for awhile, but gitlab is still preferred by big corps who need to self-host + well positioned to offer ai code reviews etc. on enterprise clouds might wait a bit to see how sentiment evolves but financials are solid
