Very interesting, since much of the collateral damage of making a complaint is caused by escalation to @PHSOmbudsman #bias, #opacity & bigoted dismissive responses, adding to #trauma

NHS Waste I’ve just picked up my mother from hospital after an operation.. they gave her a brand new zimmmer frame and a chair that goes over the toilet to raise her up… she will only need these adaptions for 2 weeks, my mum asked where she could return the items.. they said throw them away!!! This is so wasteful.. have you experienced the same ?

Not just horrific the way practitioners cover for each other, using medical jargon to deceive PHSOmbudsman to collude, destroy complainants thro' illegal practices, as evidenced, sanctioned, ignored thro' zero scrutiny of practices, only assumed as "fair", "transparent", "robust"

It's horrific the way that doctors cover for each other, using medical jargon to hide the truth. And the way that for medical concepts, a doctor's word holds so much weight and a non-doctor's has next to none. Anything you say as a non-doc has to be verified by a doc likely to cover for his mates.
