@TTExulansic I wish I could say something to help you. Know that so many of us see your posts and shed tears for you because we have known this kind of pain. Animals have helped me heal from emotional pain that were caused by other humans. They are such a gift to us.

@TTExulansic I recommend the one that absorbs through their gums and does not taste bad at all. It's very easy to administer. It's a narcotic and they will prefill some syringes for you. I believe it is called Buprenorphine.

@TTExulansic I am so sorry to hear this. I lost one of mine to Lymphoma 14 years ago. Have you considered trying fenben/ivermectin for him? I wish I would have known about it back then. I would also suggest getting some of the pain meds for comfort care for him.

My cat Rupert update following an MRI:
He has increased intracranial pressure causing his symptoms. No removable tumor like the vet hoped.
Likely differential is lymphoma (more likely given his age) followed by feline coronavirus encephalitis.
They're starting him on medications for both.
Virus would have a much more favorable prognosis with a possibility for a cure.
Even if he recovers from this, he may have permanent issues from the prolonged increased pressure.
If it's lymphoma, he unfortunately has a prognosis of just weeks.

Warning to all parents never fly @SouthwestAir. I just checked in online for our flight home tomorrow and our five year-old is sitting in a row by himself. The agent on the phone refused to move him. He told me I could try to ask them to fix it at the airport, but no guarantees.

Look…. I’m going to state this really plainly for all to understand. If you have a blood clotting autoimmune disease or microclotting like Antiphospholipid Syndrome, or a risk for it and also have an MTHFR C677T mutation, you REALLY need to avoid erythritol.
