Is it really the law if it can’t be enforced most of the time? A dueling system may bring innovative change that the state will absorb

@danielkelman @craigwarmke @jbrukh @Obstropolos Common law goes much further back, and legal systems governing commerce further still- back to basically the beginning of writing. My concern goes to enforcement when you have dueling systems- "legal" and self soverign.

This customary law was adopted by the common law in the 18th century, but was no less law beforehand. Govt has since hi-jacked law through legal positivism.

@SamuelPMacD @PeterMcCormack @CalvinAyre @RogerVer Reinhart did not find Wright’s conduct rose to the level of criminal contempt, but he concluded his order by saying Wright engaged perjury and committed fraud on the court, which are a felonies. It's now up to the US Attorney's office to decide whether to prosecute Wright.
