Last week instead of buying BTC...Strategy re-bought their convertible notes - $1.5 Billion to be exact.
What the hell does that mean?
If we remember, before STRC and the other preferreds, Saylor issued convertible notes (bonds) that could be converted into MSTR in the future so he could raise $$ to buy BTC
Neutralising 50% of ALL outstanding bonds they issued in existence solidifies their balance sheet and removes risk of those shareholders ever mass redeeming their bonds into MSTR stock causing dilution.
This is a really smart move, especially if they also neutralise the other 50% of the debt outstanding down the line.
IMO he is angling for acceptance into the S&P500 and is also turbocharging their balance sheet to buy...you guessed it, more Bitcoin.
Captain obvious here but it's bullish.
$MSTR remains the smartest Treasury company to buy and hold.

Most of those ferociously complaining about the budget have never worked in public policy, never had to consider balancing the huge issues in a $800 billion a year budget, never implemented reforms that impact all 28 million Australians, never copped the public hate campaigns against them & their families. We are seeing the lid being lifted on the priorities of those people.
