@GloriousKev The 7800 xt is a damn good card. I've had zero problems running any game on it.

So the swap makes sense. I'll likely keep testing for a little while longer and then consider swapping it out.Probably with a 9060 XT 16GB, 7800 XT or 9070 non XT. I don't need a high end gpu for the games I play. Very few are AAA console ports. Maybe for Total War 40k?

So I finally tried a little game testing with the Arc B570 on Kubuntu tonight and it's just okay. It's a decent performer for $200 in today's market but you have to be conscious of game selection. My 7900 XT is fine (because someone will bring it up) using it for AI now
