@drjpmark @theSAScollect I’ve have faced similar objections previously during discussions with senior leaders. I was advised on a number of occasions to gain a CCT if I was serious about a leadership post.

SAS doctors are appraisers, medical examiners, educational supervisors, serious incident investigators, and what not…
These opportunities have to be grasped as SAS doctors aren’t encouraged the same way as trainees.
