Jasmine is 12 today! We didn’t think she’d even make it this far after a few battles with the ‘Big C’ but she’s feeling fine and frisky on her Birthday - hottest day of the year notwithstanding! 🐶❤️🍾

So many micro-managers use the excuse of networking & collaboration as an reason to drive people back to working from an office. Old dinosaur leadership strategies get us nowhere in this post-Covid world. Collaboration & networking happen in many places & not just in an office.

@clujinmyheart Not so rare in my corporate medical technology/biotech/pharma work I do. Startup companies can be full of egos which can be uncontrolled. Yet dark-side behaviours are often an overuse of nascent or established strengths in people rather than being malevolent.

@clujinmyheart @NHSLeadership @theSAScollect I'd second that @NHSLeadership SAS doctors are a massive group of NHS clinicians and often miss out on leadership development, even though they often have leadership roles.
