BEASTS, It’s been one hell of a ride with you all, Rafsby and Caleb, over the last three plus years. This hasn’t been an easy decision, but due to personal reasons I have decided to step back from my role at AKCB. The team is focused and there are some genuinely exciting things ahead. I will always back the team and can’t wait to see what’s to come from Raf, Caleb and everyone involved, especially the game. The setup: - Claude Opus for brainstorming and planning - Codex for a second opinion (catches scope bloat, contradictions, feasibility issues before a line of code gets written) - Codex for implementation + code review The glue: Compound Engineering by @every - a pipeline that connects each phase. Claude still does what it's best at. It just doesn't do everything anymore.

Claude got nerfed. So I stopped using one model for everything. Now: Claude thinks, Codex builds and reviews its own work. Already better than before the nerf.
