I think my time in web3 has come to an end. I just wanted to quickly say how grateful I am for everyone I’ve met along the way, the friendships, the memories, the laughs, all of it truly meant a lot to me. I may still pop in here and there, but if you notice my inactivity, I’m just taking a step back for a while. Love you all dearly and wishing nothing but the best for everyone 💖

The setup:
- Claude Opus for brainstorming and planning
- Codex for a second opinion (catches scope bloat, contradictions, feasibility issues before a line of code gets written)
- Codex for implementation + code review
The glue:
Compound Engineering by @every - a pipeline that connects each phase.
Claude still does what it's best at. It just doesn't do everything anymore.

So I stopped using one model for everything.
Now: Claude thinks, Codex builds and reviews its own work.

So we built an AI pipeline that does the whole thing in one command:
- Generates marketplace copy
- Generates marketplace images
- Uploads & crops marketing images
- Translates to Chinese, Japanese & Korean
- Saves draft
Built in 2 days with Playwright + Claude.

While we wait for an important partner integration for the launch of our new multiplayer puzzle game… here’s Day 3 of me and @calebsmiler new beast kart racing game. 🎮 Some Updates: ✅ got multiplayer working ✅ ai racer bots working (need to make them dumber cause they’re too good) ✅ basic mobile controls added ✅ some vfx ✅ some particle fx like fire and tire streaks ✅ lap counter/timer ✅ nitro boost ✅ lobby system Wait til @iamvisualplug and Matheus track/environment and weapons go in within a couple days. the 2026 NFT market is K-shaped. projects with brand, IP, and utility are pulling away. everything else is fading.

A Kid Called Beast (@akidcalledbeast) lost one of its biggest believers when Dave (@ethwhaledave) passed. His collection, 495 Beasts, the single largest holding in the project, needed to be handled with care. Not dumped on the market. Not scattered. Not forgotten. @acarch2 and I stepped in to acquire Dave's full portfolio privately, ensuring the floor stayed protected and the community didn't suffer. Today we're proud to announce that @Arben, a founding pillar of this community, has joined us as a key partner in that acquisition. Arben currently holds 222 Beasts. He has never sold one. Through this partnership, he's doubling his position to 444, locking 4.4% of the entire collection with one of the most convicted holders in NFTs. Dave's Beasts are in the right hands. This community protects its own.

It’s been one hell of a ride with you all, Rafsby and Caleb, over the last three plus years. This hasn’t been an easy decision, but due to personal reasons I have decided to step back from my role at AKCB.
The team is focused and there are some genuinely exciting things ahead. I will always back the team and can’t wait to see what’s to come from Raf, Caleb and everyone involved, especially the game.
I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built so far and grateful for the community that’s grown around it. I’ll always support AKCB & wish the team every success going forward.
