@kitzstanza We replied back on Friday to the ticket- As mentioned, this process takes 2-3 weeks when things are running smoothly. We have a huge volume of tickets and are working through as quickly as we can. Thanks for your patience.

@embedly Turned out we had emails in the spam of a Google grouped email address we couldn't reach. Either way, this is our new ticket ID: 26504. I wonder if that's the same as you found as we didn't get a reply yet there 🤔

Hey @embedly, we (collect.wetransfer.com) really want to become one of your providers! We tried filling in your form online, but it seems to be broken, and we aren't getting any response from customer support. Can you take a look at this for us?

@embedly I sent a request to support-@-embed-dot-ly & got a case number. Apparently to see my request status, I need an account; I've been trying for several days to sign up only to get the error message "embedly.-zendesk.-com refused to connect." twitter.com/kausikdatta22/… HELP?

@deyagondsamarth @Medium Embedly's API had issues starting early Friday morning. Service has resumed and embeds should be working as usual now. If you're having trouble send a note to support@embed.ly with links/specifics and we'll help you out there.
