@kitzstanza We replied back on Friday to the ticket- As mentioned, this process takes 2-3 weeks when things are running smoothly. We have a huge volume of tickets and are working through as quickly as we can. Thanks for your patience.

@twannl Yes- our developer responded to the original ticket with some questions on Sept 8th but never heard back from you. I just found the ticket you submitted a few min ago- we will review and respond to that directly!

@embedly I sent a request to support-@-embed-dot-ly & got a case number. Apparently to see my request status, I need an account; I've been trying for several days to sign up only to get the error message "embedly.-zendesk.-com refused to connect." twitter.com/kausikdatta22/… HELP?
