The worst LTL shipping company is Estes (lack of testes) Freight. How the fuck do you break two pallets and then decide the best course of action is to simply stack all of that on a third one? The cherry on top was the driver who asked to "borrow our pallet jack because he forgot to bring one". I'm not one for automating away good paying American jobs but you're really making it hard, here.

I placed an order using my @HomeDepot CC and which was shipped via @estesexpress. The item was supposed to be delivered about a week ago, but the item is in limbo and no-one at HD seems to be able to help. The funny thing is somehow I received the card statement before I received the item for which I paid Basically I'm being asked to pay for something I don't have. What's wrong with you people? 😂😂
