@StartasticGabby since you blocked before i could reply: that’s your right, i disagree but either way it’s pretty silly for people to say i am ‘literally’ sending death threats to the artist for not completing it in time when it’s clearly hyperbole and was towards the person defending them for ‘having a queue’ not the actual artist

it is quite clearly a joke towards the gracious mistake person defending this artist for ‘having a queue’ when that’s clearly not the part of the situation anyone took issue with. the issue was the fact they didn’t respond for weeks but managed to reply in less than ten minutes after a paypal case was filed. 4 months is long enough to figure out time to draw a chibi. if your ‘queue’ prevents you from doing so then you’re taking on more than you can handle and maybe shouldn’t be doing art commissions. that’s the point. i in no way think the artist should die for not completing it in time, it’s a joke about being put out of your misery as an artist taking people’s money if you can’t do the bare minimum of professionalism: replying to your client. twitter not taking everything literally challenge impossible. any artists who want to blacklist me over this aren’t professionals i’d want to work with anyway.

@Tailsfan_EWfan2 because art sheds aren't a real thing so clearly the rest of the message isn't meant to be taken literally: the point is if you can't keep up with deadlines that you yourself are setting (and in this case is 4 MONTHS for a chibi art, not animation or a model or something complex)

@exisbread Reminds me of that artist that had a 2 year queue, was doing nothing but farming money, mocking his clients then started rushing sketches when he screwed over the wrong one lol. Queues are fine, but limit your comms especially if you can't communicate during the wait due to it.
