@Mittenokitten i shouldn't have to make it harder for my friends and people from vgen etc to add me when people could just follow basic discord etiquette and, barring that, read the server rules. plus, people who react like this are usually red flags so it's a great test to get them out early

@ethiopian1987 Yep! And rule 3 is not doing it to people in the server, we actually immediately kick for that. When it's just to me we try to check if maybe they needed something and just didn't realize but usually it's this kinda reaction and they leave or get kicked anyway lol

@exisbread I am pretty sure that rules 2 and 3 discuss friend requests, and they mention you in both. Basically it says don't fucking send a friend request or DM to bread, use the contact a mod section and select an appropriate reason.
It is quite clear.

@exisbread rules like this are created to not only protect yourself/your community, but to make you/others feel safe in your space. not allowing random friend reqs is a perfectly fine boundary to set. ppl who refuse to respect that dont belong in your space and prove why you set those rules
