Hello @NCPCR_ kindly take cognisance of this account for harassing and cyber bullying a minor by using his photograph and making demeaning remarks about his facial features and appearance publicly. Targeting a child for public ridicule and online harassment is unacceptable and it can have serious psychological consequences for the child. Cyberbullying of children cannot be normalised under the guise of humour or trolling. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against him under Juvenile Justice Act (mental harassment/cruelty to child).
