over the years, i've tried to give countless people jobs and opportunities to better their lives and my own.
most people start the same way: excited, energized, willing to do whatever it takes.
but somewhere along the way, many stop taking initiative. they wait to be told what to do instead of looking for ways to create value. the effort that came naturally in the beginning starts to fade.
the people i fight hardest to keep around aren't only the most talented. they're the ones who consistently show up, take ownership, and care. those are the people i try to pay as much in money and energy as possible and create opportunities for.
i've realized that extraordinary careers are often built on very ordinary things done relentlessly well:
work hard.
take initiative.
look for ways to help without being asked.
details.
initiative for growth.
and if someone gives you an opportunity, give it everything you've got.
gratitude and self-motivation will take you farther than most people think.

MicroStrategy sold bitcoin during May 26 and May 31 period the resolution clearly states that this market will resolve to YES IF MicroStrategy sells any of its Bitcoin by 11:59 PM ET May 31 meaning that this is should resolve to "yes" not sure what the No holders are thinking but i'll be throwing $500 bucks on this to win 53k
