Today, I visited the Paikmal branch of @TheOfficialSBI along with a widow. As per the bank manager’s advice, we stepped outside to get passport-size photographs. When we returned, the security guard, Bishnucharan Behera, had locked the gate. Despite our request to enter, instead of responding politely, he misbehaved and mocked us by saying, “Don’t teach me English.” I feel deeply hurt by this behavior. Such conduct in a public service institution is unacceptable, and it raises concern that others may be facing similar treatment.
