@MojangStatus Your company communication is very poor and should be revisited after this massive outage. The lack of ingame messaging (you finally added it to the PC launcher but that isn’t sufficient) is a failure. You should be updating twitter more often, another failure. Please revamp this

@NJTRANSIT What do we do if we don’t see the credit automatically applied to our njtransit app? I had 9 tickets eligible for the digital credit and don’t see any credit on my account.

@BrainBlenderTec @sara_pion @fellowapp Yeah some people don’t like it. It’s less about permission and more about having the person open the door mentally to the feedback. They’re more prepared and responsive rather than defensive as is our nature.

A7. Everyone says they want honest feedback but its still not easy to give/receive it. Like A2, build trust first, then ur direct will know the feedback is out of care for their growth, not to tear them down. One tip, ask, “I have some feedback, can I give you it?” #ManagerChats

A5. A huge mistake with 1:1s is not showing up or constantly cancelling. People value them more if they can expect they'll happen regularly. Also, its obvious when we’re on video chat & trying to multitask. Don't do that, just give undivided attention to the person. #ManagerChats
