🚨Big News 🚨 Biden's Dept. of Ed just withdrew a proposed regulation that would have explicitly required boys be allowed in girls' sports. However, this leaves a previous Ed rule untouched which adopted broad gender identity mandates that cover sports, showers, overnight trips, and dorm rooms as educational programs or activities. So why did they withdraw it? They likely feared Congress would undo the rule under the Congressional Review Act if finalized and also wanted to deprive Pres. Trump of the chance to finalize the rule on his own terms if left open. This means the Trump admin will have to go through the full rulemaking process to get school sports back to a biological basis.
