One person can make a difference. This past weekend when visiting my father he shared a story with my friend and I about a teacher that changed his life. When he was a little boy he transferred to a new school outside of the inner city and was the only Hispanic in his class. He like all the other kids in his former school district were passed along despite not having the knowledge to move forward. He said, "you showed up you passed." The 1st week at his new school in his new class he was asked to read in front of the class and he couldn't. He said, "baby I didn't even know if I was holding the book the right way." As he was standing there another kid in the class shouted, "look the ****** can't read" and the whole class laughed at him. He said he wanted to cry and run away but his teacher did something that changed his life. She took him out to the hallway and apologized to him and said I promise you not one person in this entire school will ever treat you like that again. She went back into the classroom & lectured the kids for their behavior. He said he felt like he was in that hallway forever and then he heard furniture moving. She finally came back & brought him into the classroom. She had moved his desk next to hers. She told him this is where you are going to sit and I'm going to tutor you. My father sat there all year & started to catch up to all the other students. By the the end of the year he was almost at the grade level he should have been at. The next year, at the same school, his new teacher did the same as his 1st teacher. She had him sit next to her desk the entire year. By the time he left that school he was proficient in reading. My father said if it wasn't for his teacher that he would not be the man he is today. He said, "baby I would probably still be illiterate & who knows what kind of person I would be if it wasn't for her." Those that know my father know this is the strongest man you'll ever meet. Extremely articulate. Extremely intelligent. Extremely confident. Extremely generous and courageous. You would never have imagined something like this to ever have happened to him. I knew my father grew up poor & in the projects but I never knew this happened to him as a child. As his daughter I am so grateful to his teacher, who he calls by her entire name 😊, for giving my father the gift of knowledge and compassion. She truly changed the trajectory of his life and like he has always said...one person can make a difference. Her one action changed his life and as a result has changed my life. I have always lived by "one person can make a difference" but today it means so much more to me than ever before. So always remember that one person can truly make a difference.

The House just passed a bill which would automatically deport illegals who commit welfare fraud, 231-186 You would think that this would be a no-brainer, but for some reason 186 Democrats voted AGAINST it.

WOMEN CONVICTED OF FELONY STALKING A jury found Coloradoan Ashleigh Brown and Californian Cynthia Raygoza guilty of felony stalking March 2 for following an ICE officer home in Los Angeles and livestreaming their pursuit on social media. Upon arriving at the victim’s neighborhood, the two shouted to bystanders while livestreaming on Instagram that their “neighbor is ICE,” “la migra lives here,” and “ICE lives on your street and you should know.” Raygoza also threatened to “pop” the victim. The victim’s wife and a concerned neighbor called 911 in response to the defendants’ actions. The victim’s wife – whom the defendants targeted with racial slurs – and children witnessed the incident and suffered emotional distress. The increased traffic from onlookers in the ensuing weeks caused the victim and his family to relocate to a different county. The forced move significantly disrupted the education of the victim’s children. The victim’s 3-year-old son, who has a disability, lost several social and health care benefits that were tied to his former county. ICE officers and special agents currently face an 8,000% increase in death threats and a 1,421% increase in assaults for merely doing the job Congress expects of them.

Longtime users are frustrated with X because it no longer works the way it used to. Back in the early days of Twitter, your reach was simple and direct. If you had 5,000 or 10,000,20,000 followers, your posts were delivered to them in real time. It was a true chronological feed—your tweets showed up in the order you posted them, and your audience actually saw your content. The “old” Twitter (pre-2016) was built around that real-time experience. Your voice reached the people who chose to follow you, without interference. Today, that’s no longer the case. X relies on an algorithm-driven, engagement-based feed, meaning even your own followers may never see your posts unless the system decides to prioritize them. That shift—from a guaranteed audience to an unpredictable algorithm—is why so many longtime users feel frustrated and disconnected.

This is so cool . Sometimes the police have to call in the experts to get things done. In this case, cowboys. It didn’t take them long at all.

Also, I don't want to hear complaints when they are buying $1k phones every other month & touring the world like they are a Kardashian. I ate cereal for dinner & took my lunch to work everyday. I saved every penny I had to buy my 1st house. Yes it was less expensive but I also wasn't make what some are making out of school. So it evens out. I bought what I could afford. It was my starter house. Did it need a ton of work...yes and overtime that work was done. This instant gratification for everything in life is the real issue. Things take time and those willing to put in the time are the most successful in life.

Gen Z is always bitching about how they can’t afford anything and I get it. They kinda got screwed. But every generation has its own downsides. My grandparents grew up during the f***ing Great Depression! I’m a Gen X kid. My dad taught me how to ride a bike by holding the seat at the top of a hill with sticker bushes at the bottom and said “when you turn away before the sticker bush you’ll be riding your bike.” He’d let go and face first I’d go into the bushes. Took 6 or 7 tries before I dodged them. No helmet, no nothing. Just pain. And in college we didn’t have DoorDash; we had to put on clothes, walk out into the elements, and actually drive to Wendy’s. HUNGOVER! Point is I agree you guys got screwed, but feeling sorry for yourself won’t fix anything. Time to put on your big boy pants and roll with the punches. Yes life isn’t fair, but at least you aren’t storming the beaches of Normandy. I mean in real life, not on Call of Duty.

Illegals are voting. Illegals are getting free food. Illegals are getting free childcare. Illegals are getting free education. Illegals are getting free tax credits. Illegals are getting free healthcare. Illegals are getting free housing assistance. Illegals are getting free legal representation. Illegals are getting free mental health services. Illegals are getting free college tuition in over a dozen states. It is the most insane scam ever perpetrated on the American people.
